With COVID-19 concerns, all of our clients have been contacting us about their virtual service options. WE HAVE MANY EASY AND SECURE OPTIONS! You don’t have to leave your home or business to work with us — ALL of our services are already set up to be virtual, and the client experience and process has continuously improved throughout 2020 into 2021.

Since we have clients all over the USA (and the world), for the past few years we have already been a ‘virtual’ professional office for many clients in the past.  We embrace technology including; screen share (Zoom & Microsoft Teams), secure client portals to share documents with clients (ShareFile), all of our tax and accounting software is in the cloud (Thompson Reuters and QBO), online conferencing communications (Zoom & Microsoft Teams), emails and phone calls.  If you need to drop off or mail-in documents instead of scanning them to our portal, then we are able to accommodate that as well.  Simply contact us for YOUR best options!

For example, during tax season, you can have your individual and business tax returns prepared without making an office visit. For your convenience, we have set up an online, secure portal system (ShareFile), and you place your documents into it from your mobile device or computer and we do the rest!
